If you want a realtor to represent you in every way possible, then Janine is the realtor for you. We had to deal with an out of state, investor/seller. There were road easement issues & occupancy issues. Janine educated us all along the way & did a lot of research herself. She always kept her cool & was great at bring anxiety levels down as well as having the patience of a saint. We love her & would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!
