I moved to Florida with a job transfer in October 2012 when it would have been financially foolish to sell my condo in Vista, so I rented it out for almost two years. I already knew Janine was a fantastic realtor from her being my realtor when I bought the condo. It was quite a challange when I decided I could finally sell it in August of 2014 because I could not travel back and forth to handle repairs, paperwork, etc. Janine stepped up and went beyond her responsibilities as a real estate agent to give me help in any way she could. I feel like she is a good friend who also happens to be my realtor. When it went on the market, the condo sold in less than 48 hours! I could not have hoped for a better real estate agent than Janine and will always be grateful for her expertise in the field, her persistence to keep working on my behalf, and her patience when things got rough.
