"Great Real Estate Team and Friends in Fallbrook"

Janine and Stan Hall are a great real estate couple/team. Janine is a friend of my wife were they first met at a local “Rally for Children” function about 5 years ago. Sometimes friends and the serious business of selling one’s home do not always mix well, no problem here! Both were very professional and knowledgeable about prelisting house prep, then getting beautiful pictures of our house taken, etc. Stan even made a 3 dimensional color drawing of our house with floor plan on a large poster board. It included 3 color house pictures which he displayed on an easel for quick reference for the potential home buyer. Janine was very thorough and patient about all the important details with all the offers, including not just the good but also the bad and ugly ones. She has great negotiation skills and knows when to call, email or simply text with info updates or urgent questions. Janine was very accurate with the pricing of our home. If I was not so stubborn with the higher price I “thought” our home was worth we would have sold it even sooner than we did.
