Over the course of the last 12 months my family and I were involved in a real estate transaction, specifically a short sale. Due to circumstances beyond our control the process dragged on longer than it should have. During this time we became discouraged when we thought the sale wouldn’t come together. During the year we must have looked at a minimum of 40 properties that my wife and I wanted to see or that Janine thought would fill our requirements.
